Corinne IMHAUSER is a professional translator, interpreter and subtitler. .She is now an international consultant with the EU Commission, the EU Parliament and the International Criminal Court.She has also been involved in training for the past twenty years. She set up the first subtitling course for the Hard of Hearing and developed a digital subtitling software for pedagogical purposes in 1996. She is currently Head of the Interpretation Department at ISTI HEB in Brussels. She has given subtitling training courses and workshops in Britain, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Moldova, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, The Netherlands and USA. She has been a member of the Steering Committee of L&M since 2000.
